The field is limited to 80 teams. All players who have participated in past years, depending upon years played, are guaranteed entry into the tournament. This can occur only if applications are received by June 18th. Your participation in the past has been greatly appreciated and we hope this will continue in the future. All entries received after June 19th will be on a first come first serve basis.
All flights will be stroke play.
Golf carts must be used by all teams for both tournament rounds and practice rounds. Cart fees are $58.00 per team for the two tournament rounds. Include a separate check payable to Corey Creek Golf Club in the amount of $58.00.
Handicaps requested for pairing purposes only.
The Corey Creek Invitational Tournament Committee reserves the right to alter any conditions or schedules herein. The committee may also limit or reject any entries.
In case of an emergency which prevents a team from playing, notification and request for refund must reach the committee by July 9th.

Additional Information for the Senior Division
- This year a special senior flight or flights will be contested.
- Each team member must be 65 years of age or older.
- These flights will be separate from the other flights.
- A limited number of entries will be accepted.
- All play will be from the senior tees.
